a. Our Relationship withSubscribers. Customer are responsible for making sure they have the necessarypermissions for us to collect, store, and process Personal Data about them orother individuals. A Subscriber should unsubscribe directly from a Customer newsletteror change, update, or delete the Subscriber’s data. If a Subscriber contactsus, we will refer you to that Customer/ Patient and support them in respondingto your request if necessary. b. Use and Transfer of Data. Consistent with thisPrivacy Policy, we may transfer Customer Personal Data to entities that help uspromote, provide, or support our Services or the services of our Merchants(“Service Providers”). All Service Providers agree to protect Personal Data inaccordance with this Privacy Policy. We will never sell, rent, or leaseCustomer Distribution Lists.
